Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss work, prepare quotations and provide agreed services. Depending on the circumstances, this is necessary to take steps towards a contract, perform a contract or pursue our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website. Records may also be retained to meet legal obligations.

Providers and sharing

IONOS provides website hosting and email services. Information may be available to service providers where necessary to operate these services. We do not use this website to sell personal information. Links to Marvis, ContractPros and other websites lead to separate services with their own privacy notices.

Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, and retain business records where necessary for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion where applicable.

The website provides telephone and email links for enquiries. It does not currently use an advertising or visitor-analytics plugin, an embedded map or a third-party contact form. WordPress uses cookies when authorised administrators sign in, and hosting services may use technical information to deliver and secure the site. If optional tracking or embedded services are added, this notice and any required choices will be updated.
